Ericka D. Dunn is a partner of Hanna Brophy and has been affiliated with the San Francisco office since 2002, defending various employers in workers' compensation cases. She appears at multiple Workers' Compensation Appeals Boards from San Francisco to Oakland, to San Jose to Salinas.  Her clients include both insured and self-insured employers, throughout Northern California.   Her past cases have included a variety of workers' compensation related issues including Labor Code 132a, claims of discrimination and subrogation.

Prior to joining Hanna Brophy, Ms. Dunn worked in a general practice law firm where she focused on personal injury and criminal defense, writing several habeas corpus briefs and various other trial motions, pleadings and appeals.
