David McLinn

ABOUT

David McLinn is an associate in the Los Angeles office. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern Law School. Prior to joining Hanna Brophy, David was a staff attorney for insurance carriers, Liberty Mutual and The Hartford, respectively, in their workers’ compensation defense departments.  Most recently, David served as an associate attorney representing various insurance companies and their policyholders including complex litigation matters involving municipalities.

Prior to becoming an attorney, David worked in the feature film business as a creative executive, including for director Spike Lee’s 40 Acres & A Mule Filmworks.
