Mr. Gutierrez earned his J.D. degree from Loyola Law School in 2020. During law school, Dennis clerked for the California Department of Justice for the Office of the Attorney General in the Employment Administrative Mandate section (EAM), providing defense for state agencies. He then volunteered as a law clerk for a civil rights and employment law firm through Loyola’s pro bono Civil Right Litigation Practicum, developing a comprehensive grasp of both sides of litigation. Mr. Gutierrez was also a member of the Scott Moot Court Competition and a judicial extern for Judge Maureen A. Tighe, Chief Judge of the United State Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.
Prior to law school, Mr. Gutierrez attended Pepperdine University, where he double-majored in Philosophy and Political Science. He gained legal experience early on, working as a legal assistant for a major impact litigation law firm.
