ABOUT
In 2005, Jackie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology, at the Cal State Northridge University in Northridge, California. Thereafter, Jackie pursued her law degree at The Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and graduated in 2010. She was a competing team member of the Philip Jessup International Law Moot Court. Shortly after obtaining her California State Bar license, she pursued her career in Immigration law becoming a managing immigration attorney.
In 2015, Jackie entered the world of workers’ compensation as an applicant’s attorney. Her experience as an applicant’s attorney for three years provides a different perspective in litigation. Since 2018, Jackie has defended large employers and insurance carriers, such as, the City of Los Angeles, TPAs such as Sedgwick, Broadspire, Onebeacon in litigated cases, at various stages of litigation.
