Kimberly Rice is an Associate in our Los Angeles office. She joined Hanna Brophy in 2017 and was admitted to the California Bar in 2014. Prior to joining our firm, Kimberly worked for a medical malpractice defense firm in Riverside, and a personal injury firm in Los Angeles.

Kimberly earned her BA degree in speech, radio & TV from Radford University in Radford, Virginia.  She then earned her graduate degree at Regis University in Denver, Colorado. Kimberly thereafter earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in San Diego. During law school, Kimberly was active in the “Buddy” Mentor Program, moot court, Pro Bono Honors Society, and Public Service Honors Society; she also tutored for the Business Organizations course and interned at the Office of the City Attorney, San Diego.

Before becoming an attorney, Kimberly had a career as a broadcast journalist and radio announcer. She now represents insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and governmental entities in all aspects of workers’ compensation defense.
