ABOUT

Prior to joining Hanna, Brophy, MacLean, McAleer & Jensen, LLP, Martin began his attorney career as a bilingual immigration attorney for a well-known immigration firm in Oakland, CA. He provided removal defense and helped people who had been the targets of crime and domestic violence. During law school Martin was awarded the Community Service Award for helping VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) victims. Moreover, while in Law School Martin worked at a hospital resolving patient and insurance carrier disputes.

Martin joined Hanna Brophy to help employers and insurance carriers navigate the complex field of employment law. Martin represents self-insured employers, governmental entities, and insurance carriers in all aspects of workers’ compensation matters.
