Moataz began working in San Diego office in July 2017. He assists our attorneys with various aspects of defense litigation such as the discovery processes, lien negotiations and resolutions, in addition to drafting petitions. Prior to joining Hanna Brophy, Moataz had experience working in immigration law, civil litigation.
Moataz has been a licensed attorney in Egypt since 2005 and worked as a legal consultant for numerous companies in Egypt. He practiced real estate, contracts law, arbitration law, and family law. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Beirut Arab University, School of Law & Political Science in Lebanon and was awarded a masters’ degree in litigation logistics & dispute settlement from Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transportation in Egypt.
Moataz earned an ABA approved paralegal certificate from University of San Diego, Paralegal Program in 2015 and is currently preparing for the bar exam to join our defense team.
