Navid Massachi earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School. Prior to attending law school, Navid attended the University of California, Los Angeles.
Prior to joining Hanna Brophy, Navid practiced corporate litigation, where he defended fortunate 500 companies throughout all levels of litigation. This included drafting answers to summons and complaints, propounding and responding to discovery, drafting motions for summary judgment, objecting to motions for summary judgement, conducting legal research, representing the client’s interests at court hearings and trials, drafting mediation documents, attending mediation settlement conferences, among many others.
At Hanna Brophy, Navid represents clients on workers’ compensation claims. He investigates matters and gathers information to determine the level of exposure of claims, conducts depositions, represents clients at Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) hearings, and manages claims through well-developed actions plans to resolve them.
