ABOUT

Allan Jimenez is a Hearing Representative with Hanna Brophy’s Lien Unit. Prior to joining the Hanna Brophy Team, Allan obtained over 12 years of experience in the California workers’ compensation system as a Hearing Representative. His career in lien litigation began as a Hearing Representative for multiple providers that included, physician offices, interpreting companies, transportation providers, and copy service providers. After many years of representing lien claimants, Allan decided to transition to the defense side of lien litigation and served as a Lien/Hearing Specialist with Sedgwick Claims for 3 years. Following his time with Sedgwick, he then worked for AM Lien Solutions, a defense firm that also specializes in defense against lien claimants. Here, Allan gained extensive legal experience researching statutes, developing legal arguments, and preparing case files for Trial. He is able to resolve lien matters quickly and efficiently through analyzing medical and legal evidence, expediting the closure of files and saving time and litigation costs for our clients.

In his personal time, Allan values spending time with his wife and 3 children. They make sure to vacation at least twice a year and love going on camping trips or beach day trips. Allan also enjoys playing all sports, especially baseball and basketball. He volunteers at his children’s schools as much as work allows, and is active in the school’s PTA.
