Christopher Van Dyke

ABOUT

Christopher joined Hanna Brophy in 2022, practicing worker’s compensation defense for self-insured private employers, and insurance carriers. Prior to joining Hanna Brophy, Mr. Van Dyke worked at a Southern California law firm for several years where he represented the California Insurance Guarantee Association (CIGA) on hundreds of claims. Before this experience, Mr. Van Dyke was a volunteer with Bet Tzedek, a non-profit organization. Here, he participated in misc. programs aimed at assisting indigent individuals within the Los Angeles Metropolitan area. He also assisted in the collection of reparations for Holocaust survivors and their families. Mr. Van Dyke is a member of the Civil Pro Bono Panel with the U.S. District Court of Colorado. A significant amount of his experience also includes prisoner right claims and the parole process for ‘lifer’ inmates which he developed through personal relationships while living in Hollywood, CA. He was born in Germany and considers himself very fortunate to have traveled extensively.
