ABOUT

Josh started his career in California workers’ compensation as a claims adjuster with State Farm Insurance in the beginning of 2014. He worked as a claims adjuster for over 10 years in numerous capacities for State Farm Insurance and State Compensation Insurance Fund, including assignments with Claims Compliance, State Contracts, Major Claims Operations, and Death Claims. After passing the California Bar Exam, he hung up my claims adjuster hat and started my attorney career as an applicant’s attorney, before later joining Michael Sullivan & Associates as a defense attorney. His experience as a claims adjuster and attorney has been invaluable for my growth and development, and he excited to join and bring my experience to Hanna Brophy to continue to zealously represent California’s employers.
