ABOUT
Lea Sargsyan joined Hanna Brophy’s Orange County office in September 2022 and currently serves as an Associate Attorney. She focuses her practice on workers’ compensation defense, with a particular emphasis on achieving early and efficient settlements for her clients. Lea represents employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in all phases of litigation, and is known for her proactive, resolution-focused approach to claims handling.
Lea earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law. While in law school, she completed an emphasis in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution, where she developed strong skills in negotiation and litigation strategy.
When she is not practicing law, Lea enjoys reading, traveling, working out, exploring new hiking trails, and spending time with family and friends.
