Sean represented injured workers for over 9 years and that experience included successfully winning 100% permanent total disability findings at trial and upheld on appeal. Sean also has extensive experience litigating the treatment laws governing California workers compensation since SB-863 went into effect in 2013. Sean previously served on California Applicant Attorney Association’s education committee. Sean walks whenever he can to avoid driving and works from home when practicable to be as green as possible.
